E-cards

Byron-Elliott has developed new ways to communicate with customers at Christmas that can generate leads for cross selling opportunities, enables staff and customers to send season's greetings to friends and relatives, raises money for the charity of your choice and is unique to your company. As with all our other products, we donate 15% of the total cost of your contract to the charity of your choice.

Process:

1. In terms of the concept for your ecard we normally develop these having had a brief meeting/conversation. These are presented as rough versions. Once approved the final version is then produced.

2. The usual timeframe to produce an ecard is between two to three weeks.

3. We run a sub domain to host your ecard.

4. You simply supply a list of email addresses which would then be imported into our client's subscriber lists. At an additional cost we can set up an area for you to login and upload your contact list if you do not wish to supply it directly to us.

5. You supply a date and time for when you would like the e-Card to be sent out.

6. Recipients of the e-Card will get a simple text email telling them they have an e-Card from you, featuring a link which they can then click through to see their own personalised e-Card. We can track all the recipients who follow the link, plus any emails that are not opened or do not find their intended destination (bounce).

7. We can use flash, html or other cutting edge technology as the ecard is hosted on our server and is accessed via a normal browser.

8. We then supply you your e-Card campaign statistics by accessing the e-Card Reporting system. This provides password protected access to your own reporting area where you can track the email.
