We have developed a range of complementary services to make the time-consuming task of organising and distributing company Christmas cards more simple.

Online ordering

Collating large numbers of individual orders from your staff and overseas offices can be made easier with our bespoke ordering system. To do this we provide you with a Christmas card order form tailored to your company. This order form can then be distributed to your staff via your internal email system or intranet. When individual staff wish to place an order they simply fill in the order form and email or fax it back to us.

To keep you informed through the ordering period we provide you with accurate running totals of the number of cards ordered.

Collation, Shrink wrapping and Overprinting

For clients who distribute their cards to a number of offices either on a National or International basis, we have an extensive collation service. You supply us with a list of your offices and we then count off your cards with matching envelopes and send them to the required destinations.

To save you time and to make internal distribution easier, we have a shrink wrapping facility whereby your cards can be shrink wrapped with matching envelopes.

Our overprinting service makes it possible for us to overprint colour logos on the inside of your cards as well as black text variations. This is especially useful if you have regional logo variations.
